Dr. Dina was given her nickname by Snoop Dogg. She is a pioneer of the medical cannabis movement in Southern California and considered the inspiration for the character Nancy Botwin, the protagonist of the Showtime series “Weeds.” Her podcast on Cannabis Radio is called “Cannabis Confidential” and is an hour-long conversation with a variety of guests, from Amy Povah Former Inmate and Founder of CAN-DO Review Comment Amy Povah Former Inmate and Founder of CAN-DO to swimmer and Olympic hopeful Sarah Bofinger.
